I've contacted them and they just said, literally, 'we're busy, expect delays. try to file a missing item report after 30 days'. I'm getting frustrated because the card is way more than when I bought it, and because they just dismissed the fact that I said it's been at 'in transit' for now 17 days like that's somehow normal. Congrats though, that is a great card and delays suck
