Flint is probably the most memorable for me, even though I didn't much care for him, just because he did stuff outside sitting around waiting for challengers. Lance too I suppose but he's more of a champ who used to be E4.
Most forgettable is Glacia; ice trainer with a bland design. The rest of the Hoenn E4 was pretty good though
