Her attitude was definitely solid but middle level material for what I assumpted was going to be a background support for Liko and Roy with the occassional focus episodes dedicated to her. Was initially 5/10 at best.
But the slow build up of Liko including Dot, all the way over Dot then pulling some strings to search for her to the confession near the end of episode 16 was really good. I get the grip at her design choices but for all intentions it does the job just fine.
For now I would say that she's taking the cake with a 8/10.
