Psuedos are inherently powerful, they have 600 BST, massive movepools (except for Metagross), and usually end up with busted abilities (except for Metagross).

And yet it was UU/UUBL for the entire time, mostly UU. It got mauled by Ferrothorn and Scizor, got phazed by Skarm, and was generally ineffective, while Conk was one of the 5 best Pokemon in the tier for a good long while. Conk had lower attack, by the way.

That should raise some alarms in your head, that a Pokemon with that huge BST, with Mold Breaker as its ability, can't get into Ubers.
