My mom's retired but she use to be a nurse and I remember going through pokemon with her and she liked Audino and Blissey when I told them they could heal people and assist with medical work. My dad's job is cleaning industrial factories, but I'm not sure on the process. I think he uses highly pressurized hot water? So maybe a pokemon that could do that. But they can't be susceptible to chemicals because the stuff he cleans is really hazardous.
I'm a library assistant so I spend the majority of my team shelving books, finding books and organizing/cleaning the library. The kids area is always the most laborious part because parent's just let them make a mess and don't tell them to clean up after themselves. I don't think I could handle a psychic pokemon, so I'll go with my favourite pokemon: Maushold. The parent mice can help me shelve and organize and the kids can help with the kids area and art/craft programs.
