>>56348953It was a lot of fun, but I am hoping for something more similar to SwSh next time. I think the completely-open world is boring to explore most of the time, and that Game Freak excels at creating the more curated routes and towns. Nothing was more magical to me in the switch games than the Glimwood Tangle and Ballonlea, and SV was missing anything like that. The closest thing might be Area Zero, the road leading to the first town from the player house, or the cave and path leading up to Alfornada. The DLC areas were similarly empty.
The new pokemon though? Excellent. Really liked most of the gen 9 stuff. Tinkaton is my personal favorite new mon.
