I'd start with platinum then continue with SS and trade my platinum mons over, then do B/B2 and transfer over all my mons from SS, then move on to X and OR and once I've got that I'd trade all my shinies from bank, X/OR and sun to ultra sun and finish up the rest. The only reason to transfer over non shinies from previous gens is if they're not available in SM/USUM so I have something to breed with.
