>>45240629Reevaluate the development cost of maintaining a national dex. If a look from the inside still shows a need to cut with new iterations, then start production on a long-term MMO-esque game that maintains core gameplay and periodically updates its roster alongside the games. This would be Home's replacement, and be available on PC as well as relevant Nintendo platforms. Maybe consider phones, but I kinda wanna shaft Go players because fuck Go. Even if dex cuts aren't a necessary measure, I'd still probably make the MMO since there's demand for it.
Keep the current anime going since it's profitable and has its fans, but also contract a secondary anime with PokeSpe's writing philosophies. Start with one dedicated series and see how it performs, with care taken not to put it in a poor timeslot that would compete with the main series or not see many viewers, period.
Speaking of PokeSpe, make the manga publisher sign a contract promising never to do a remake arc ever again. They've all been universally trash. Also let Kusaka in on future plans a little early as long as they don't go full retard with it.
More Pokemon figma. Old trainer designs, like OG Red, gym leaders, maybe even some Pokemon themselves. Fully articulated Pokemon would probably be pretty great.
Bring back spin-off titles for people who want them, especially Mystery Dungeon since that seems to be pretty popular.
Lastly, and this is just me being petty, but I'd revert some localization changes like Green being called Blue. Yes, it'd fuck with casual fans and that just makes it even better. Would also make regular posts about making lore calls so people could stop fighting about stupid or obvious shit.
And as my last surprise, get in talks with Bandai to do a crossover with Digimon, just as fanservice for true patricians who liked both.
