It would be decorated with warm Christmas hanging from the ceiling or around the various balconies, with candles lit up to truly seal that comfy atmosphere. The leader's Pokemon are all quite high maintenance with their hair's health and overall appearance, that's why they spend most of the day sitting lazily like divas, so as to not mess up their looks.
The challenge would involve all of the candles being automatically put off and the challenger having to go all around the cottage trying to light them up before the time limit, but sometimes hallways or balconies will be blocked off by trainers who will either battle or give a quick quiz question before letting them through.
Only chose this character because of the hair, the gym leader would actually be a woman with long, white hair on a ponytail, wearing comfortable sleeping clothes (loose tank top and pants, with a transparent lace pajama coat on top), whom upon meeting is currently brushing her Zoroark. Upon seeing you she will pretend to be annoyed that you're interrupting her relax time and making her stand up (she's very lazy), but in reality she's really excited and was eagerly waiting for a challenger. By clapping her hands, she recalls all of her Pokemon into her room, where they'll promptly go back into their balls and the battle will begin.
The badge would be a white pillow that doubles as a cloud, with those string things that pillows have on the corners being lilac.
