Meowth variant based on the Cactus Cat. Both are pure Grass type. Last stage takes inspiration from an old western sherrif and a bobcat.
They love to lick nector from cacti. This nector has an effect on their body that makes them wobbly and unstable. They are tasked with protecting things but ususlly end up lazing around.
Abilities are Klutz or Hustle.
