>>41506073>>41509005>>41509098Final comparison i want to make is pokemon interactivity:
Named this is comparing pokemon camp to pokemon refresh. Camp is so bad compared to refresh. In refresh you can give your Pokemon pets, and feed them little
snacks. It was clear when your affection went up and you could even real their status effects after battle.Sure this made the game easier but it was also optional.
Camp. You can swing the joy con around like a dumbass to "play" which is just waving a wand around or tossing a ball and maybe your Pokemon will be interested.
For food you can make curry with a little mini game which... I like it but i can see how anyone who doesn't play games like cooking mama would not have any interest in the curry dex.
If there is petting Pokemon in this i active's figured out how. And the Pokemon don't actually eat the curry. It may look like it but they just open and close the mouth. You don't see their mouth even go near any curry, plate, or spoon. So sun is much better for pokemon interaction.
Over all, I'd say that for shield i am not feeling as into as i did with sun when sun came out. I like the little things like petting my pokemon and if i want to turn off the sound that's like really bad for shield.
I don't hate shield but i feel it fails in places i find important. I feel shield might have more replayability for people who are just here for the story, but if you are here for the pet simulator part you're not in for the best time.
