I managed to make it 3,2gb but FBI would tell you the actual content was just 200mb in the installation menu, since the .cia was literally a 200mb converted video + 3gb of placeholder useless bits.
Man, I miss the days where a fuckton of fake roms playing either Cory in the House of silly crap would flood this board a week before release.
