It's a tie. On one hand, Alomamola is fucking stupid and looks like a Luvdisc evolution but it isn't. On the other hand, it's annoying and maybe has little, but some, use. Luvdisc on the other hand is only good for harvesting Heart Scales. Which they could just use Alomamola for.
So, probably Luvdisc. I'm okay with literally about every other Pokemon to varying degrees except for luvdisc.
