>>55884054You'd need a proper artist to get a look at the 3D elements and find some way to re-draw them in 2D. I'm pretty new to essentials but I have quite a bit of experience in RPG maker in general and I can tell you that trying to use pre -rendered 3D in a window that displays pixel perfect isn't ideal.
Even enterbrain used to sell "realistic medieval" graphics packs with 3D tiles with little to no modularity since the tiles weren't supposed to be, you know, tiled.
And since it was a realistic pack with pre-rendered character sprites too, each of them was like, 7 pixels wide and if two characters faced each other they'd be like three feet apart which is fine for conversations but if you're ever trying to do a cutscene where someone is holding someone else or roughing them up, etc, not the best. Gotta give them credit for respecting proper personal space though.
