He's unironically one of my favourites. I'm aware of it ambigous design, the lack of a sand form and the fact that he's weak and needs desperately an evolution or a buff. However I still find him really cute despite all of that, it's fun to use him in Emerald and the fact that he can trasform when the weather changes is pretty cool
