If you prep with hitmonlee and then bring in rampardos + cyrus, they're almost guaranteed to die and from my experience, it's the an EX that they've stuck all of their energy on
So you get 2 points + recoil, but their revenge is usually at 0 energy and rampardos can easily kill them too
I only have 1 poke communication, but with the low number of mons overall and there only being 3 basics, it usually helps me get the mon I need
I think another 1 would be good to swap x speed for, if I get one
