I have a level 100 shiny deerling with a whole bunch of ribbons, I just want to camp with him, earn him some new ribbons in galar, and play with him in whatever new fun little side things are available. But deerling isn't a popular pokemon. It isn't shilled. It isn't loved. It doesn't move merchandise, and it isn't iconic or impactful on any particular aspect of the game. There's no profitable reason to include deerling, so my lil fella's gonna be stuck in Home for who knows how many generations, maybe even the rest of them. I'm mad.
