I loved the French theme, the graphics were fun, rollerskates were fun, Lumiose city I hated at first, but then I thought it was fun, the story had one semi-interesting thing in a sea of boredom, the mons were great.

That kinda ruined it.
Too many cutscenes, but not nearly as bad as USUM and SWSH. You can buy cute clothes and be cute as heck.
SH on the other hand... I couldn't even bring myself to finish it's an absolute abomination. I even managed to forced myself through USUM, but SH was literally impossible.
Heck, I'd rate X even above firered I don't give a fuck.
