For gilla, the mouth linework needs work, the position of the eye feels too far back and could stand to be moved a pixel or two forward, It might be better to pixel over this drawing rather than the other one.
lutrajet isnt that bad, and the hand needs work on whatsitcalledthefighter. the eye looks odd to me, the shading seems really very flat, perhaps its the grey colors rather than saturated colors, but it feels flat.
