Technology would of course be slightly divergent, where we trade some technologies in our reality for advancements we see in the Pokemon world. Instead of splitting hairs on what would or wouldn't exist, I will simply say that most commercial technology would need to be shielded to prevent it from being obliterated by a passing Magnemite. Considering how Magnemite and Magneton tend to gather into massive swarms, overcoming their EMP fields would be among the biggest hurdles in the further development of technology.
Urbanization is where we would see the biggest differences: I believe humanity would be densely-packed into vertical cities or be incredibly spread out in rural communities with very little in between those two extremes.
Dense cities would be organized in order to efficiently house as many humans as possible in as small an area as possible to avoid encroaching on the habitats of Pokemon and to reduce threat response time as much as possible. Rural communities would have a similar benefit of the distance between human settlements being wide enough for people and Pokemon to pass by each other without coming into conflict. And for everything else, there's Trainers and Rangers to maintain the balance.
