and at the time I needed something to check Venusaur-M, but since quality boltbeamers are rare, I'm sort of at a loss.
Staryu came to mind, but that pokemon's seen better days, or maybe I should just ditch the boltbeamer in general, and choose something else, like a staller, or baton passer.
