Dressing in an androgynous way or having an androgynous appearance means you subscribe to a gender identity or transexuality. The difference is, the trans activist promotes it as positive, a "trans icon." The right wing person decries it as "woke," or "dei."
Frankly, both of you types of people are retarded pearl clutchers, and one's sex is an inherent, immutable characteristic, regardless of how one presents themselves. Clothes, hair, makeup, these cosmetic qualities do not change one's inherent biological aspects.
