If what I heard was correct, it was supposed to be Sinnoh's regional bat, but ended up getting cut for some reason. Thus they got Zubat again, Unova got Woobat, and Kalos got all 3.

Anyone care to recommend a good moveset for this mofo? I'm currently thinking Draco Meteor/Air Slash/Boomburst/U-Turn or Switcheroo with Choice Specs, but it's movepool is pretty varied so I'm not sold on it yet.
