They are still the same characters, just different stories and situations, like a parallel world if you want.
Until stated otherwise, it can be assumed that Hilda, Bianca, Mei, Serena, Shauna, and any other Protag/Rival/Friend since Gen 5 started is 14 years old.
It's honestly not a stretch, seeing as that's how old I would have said they were anyway, with the exception of Hilda who is the only Gen 5/6 Protag who could pass as older than 14, even if she was explicitly stated as 14 in the Manga.
