>>35641350It's important to remember that animals aren't exactly restricted to what their teeth are designed for, and we see animals eating odd things all the time. A dog could eat some veggies you gave it, or more gruesomely there are videos of farm animals being rather opportunistic and eating smaller animals, like chickens eating rats or that video of a horse just eating a whole baby chick.
And for animals that are no longer alive, this is now complicated by a layer of conjecture. Pachycephalosaurs are especially subject to this, they could have been more carnivorous than we currently accept.
Also the previous anon is correct, Rampardos is often referred to as a predator in Pokedex entries.
Basically, don't think too hard about it like I did.
