You could even use Toxic since it always hits when used by Poison-type (a new mechanic introduced in Gen VI). I hope you're not seriously saying that Blissey is a good evasion abuser? Basically, an evasion abusing Blissey would run Minimize and Soft-Boiled. However, it suffers terribly from four moveslot syndrome and would be really easy to counter. It would have to run Seismic Toss, Toxic, and Aromatherapy along with Minimize and Soft-Boiled to be effective, because:
