Even though I am on emulator, I decided to not cheat at all, because that makes me delete or abandon my save because it just feels wrong, and if you start cheating it's hard to stop, it's a slippery slope.
But then I found out how you get the fucking Regi dolls in Gen 3 for Secret bases.
You have to get them on an e-reader BUT ONLY FOR JAP R/S.
The ONLY way to get them to English games is to mix JP R/S records with JP Emerald, and ONLY if the R/S game has the Trader man in Mauville, otherwise it's IMPOSSIBLE (And that is decided by your Trainer ID and CANNOT be changed afterwards). You have to then mix J/P Emerald with English Emerald, and ONLY AFTER can you get Regi Dolls in English R/S AFTER mixing records with English Emerald.
You also get one copy by the way, this isn't an Eon ticket situation, you ACTUALLY TRADE the damn dolls from JP R/S to English R/S this way.
