Just make any mon holding a Z Crystal or Mega Stone not be able to Dynamax. WOW, SO HARD! And for Rayquaza, it can't Dynamax if it knows Dragon Ascent
and for added bonus, make any Pokemon with the Gigantamax Factor not be able to use Mega Stones or Z Moves
