Knock Off and Helping hand were suggested and may fit, I can add them here if people want. Knock Off wasn't given to many birds but Farfetch'd and the Wingull line did get it so it might not be too much of a stretch (though Farfetch'd might have learned it because of its leek). Helping Hand, however, wasn't given to birds at all by tutor. Closest things would probably be the Latis, Mantine, and Volbeat/Illumise.
Snatch and Trick were also suggested but they have very limited distribution so I'm not sure about those either.
