They are all based on some type of mythological beast, practitioner, alternative healing method and have they're roles in specific environments. Also, the Native American medicine wheel isn't really consistent all the time from trube to tribe. But the colors (Red, Black, White, Blue) and the animals (Buffalo, Bear, Eagle and Coyote/Cougar) are consistent enough to work.
>Rock/Psychic White Buffalo of the wheel. Based on a minotaur mixed with a Shaman. Uses crytal healing to heal the Earth from pollution.
>Flying/Psychic Yellow Eagle of the wheel. Based on the Caladrius (a bird from Roman mythology wuth healing powers) mixed with a witch doctor. Uses insences to heal the air from pollution.
>Water/Psychic Black Bear of the wheel. Based on Nanook (a bear folk hero from Inuit mythology that foretold good hunts) mixed with a priests. Uses water purifying to health the water from pollution. It's appearance is also inspired by a literal interpreof a water bear and it's use of water is reference to holy water.
>Fire/PsychicRed Cougar of the wheel. Based on the Bakeneko mixed with a chemist/scientist. Uses a mystical flame as cauterazation to heal things of the flesh.
