You've got 8 bans that absolutely had to happen because they would've been too powerful for OU, and you can't just let Flutter Mane hang out in the tier to avoid the cascade of bans. The only real answer is to just deal with the 15 or so bans that had to happen because Game Freak couldn't balance.
