>>36229613Alola is pretty much finished. All that's left is the final Grand Trails and going to the Alola League. I can see it play out in two ways:
1) Misty and Brock will rejoin Ash in Alola. They'll travel with Ash as he heads toward Mount Lanakilaas and makes his way to the Alola League.
2)After he
loses the Alola League he'll travel back to Kanto and somehow the original trio are at his house and they go on a anime-exculisve journey around Kanto to kill time until Gen 8. Hopefully, they'll start changing the art-style by then. Either way we can finally stop seeing Ash being followed by the Kindergarten crew and see the OG squad again. Unfortunately it'll be in the horrible SM art-style.
