I think sylveon's bulk makes it the better CM sweeper, plus it gets moonblast over dazzling gleam. Also espeon is much faster, and setting up screens before anything at the 65 base speed range can move is pretty neat.
It also splits the support roles over two mons instead of just one. Espeon screens and sylveon wishes. That way if you lose one of them to an unfortunate crit or something, you're not completely fucked over
