when using the official sdk you can either use the "NTRJ" template or a nintendo-provided one for your game code. given the header doesn't say "NTRJ" it doesn't make any sense the protected area is just zeroes and it's strong evidence that it was dumped using homebrew tools from a physical cart, not copied from the digital archive.
so i wonder where did it come from?
