Calm mind would just be fucking retarded, it's not like Milotic is even bad as it stands. Calm mind would just make it an uber threat.
But for primarina just giving it water absorb would give it a lot of viability. Obviously I could just say -30 attack +30 def. Water absorb. and give it access water spout. But yeah it'd probably be one of the best pokemon in the game
