For the fairy egg group, I think a good candidate for their trait is extreme size variation. So your raichu could have a massive member that puts human men to shame, or your wigglytuff can be too small to find under his thick fur. What you get is a lottery that has little connection to the overall size of the Pokemon's body and genetics.
Since humans aren't human-like, I'm all on board for something super weird about humanlike pokemon, but I'm not sure what that would be. All my ideas are either too out there or not out there enough. It should be something shocking and amusing, but flexible enough to add to the appeal of most human-like pokemon. Maybe they're specifically less compatible with us for our field or water 1 traits? Like, maybe they're too delicate/sensitive for a humans initial expectations? It think it adds gap moe, but people who like those pokemon may disagree.
For monster penises, I think excessive cum volume fits them, and maybe large balls to match.
