Take a look at the northern Plymouth waterfront for example. It has a tiny little stretch of beach right off the main street running through the 'tourist district' all along the waterfront. It's shitty, it's small, and there's a 15 foot cememnt wall seperating it from the street above, with stairs going down to it.
Just like in that screenshot. Even if it looks bad with the squares, just think, maybe it's the only slice that looks like that?
