I'm not going to get into this hack until tomorrow, but thought I'd just give a first impression.
As stated, it was brought to my attention that Jagold made an unfinished, abandoned six Gym beta of a hack called Pokémon Skyline. It's completely unrelated to the Ruby Destiny series, but I still feel I haven't gotten off Jagold's wild ride until I've played through this. Even then I haven't gotten off the ride because he's making Broken Timeline. So let's give a quick five-minute impression.
The title screen is just vanilla Ruby, though it has custom music. It seems the music, as far as I can tell, is a mix of new compositions and music used in Life of Guardians, not sure if any vanilla music will be used like it was in LoG.
Jagold forgot to edit Birch's speech, too, since it still makes reference to Littleroot. The PCs are the default sprites, though their new default names are Landon and Terra; if that's a reference it's not as obvious as Aerith.
Landmmm finds himself in a place called Starlight Beach, with a soaking wet, frightened Eevee washed up ashore. The Eevee seems to want to go with you, and you're given an option but it's a "But thou must" situation so you take the Eevee. She's female, and even though I can't nickname it right now I already know she's going to be Rose, because I'm a sucker for reusing names even if they're bad.
We see a Town Map, and it seems it's only part done since there are only names for the most of the western half of the region. It's unfinished, so that's understandable.
