Yes, I do think it's shit that we can't end up getting every Pokémon in the game (for now, given this unprecedented backlash they could change their mind and patch it in a year later or w/e).
However I never really cared about transfering over old stuff so the pokébank connectivity thing doesn't bother me much. I could just start over on my shiny hunting and competitive breeding if only I could just get the pokémon in the first place.
That said, and even though I think the visuals suck, the animations suck, dynamax sucks... I will get it. Because I really like the majority of the pokémon designs we've seen so far.
I already know I want to play with Corviknight, Wooloo and Dreadnaw.
And so I think it'll be possible for me to just have fun playing the game despite its shortcomings. It helps that it's on the big TV and I can use a proper controller for once, I'm tired of the 3dshit.
