How do you get one?
Deposite an Eevee on the GTS, and make your message "/vp/ Neve"
Ask for a level 1 male Milotic for it
Comment your IGN when you have your Eevee up
Ill try to get to the first 40 as soon as I can. Once the 40 are gone, I wont have anymore.
