It's supposed to emulate Sugi's style for trainer art. Paul's big into marine biology, he loves working with fish and aquatic life. He's a really great guy. His favorite Pokemon is a Tirtouga (hence the shell design).
I'm really not proud of what I came up with so far.
He's been through a lot the past few years. I want him to look at this and think to himself that he's a real Pokemon trainer. I want him to feel special, because he really is.
