I am running Buddy Barrier + Wise Glasses + Choice Specs right now but I am also experimenting with triple Glasses and Energy Amplifier instead of buddy for the decreased CD for maximum Hyper uptime. I think her best roles are top lane or Jungle, she definitely can't be a bottom laner because her clear time on mobs is pretty weak as Eevee. Overall, I think she can be a strong character but I feel like it will be less strong once people respect the Voice range and stop being kited by it.
