A) This idea is great, I could see it as our gym leader.
B) This idea is good, but I would rather something different.
C) This idea is terrible, I don't want it in the game.
and then the two ideas with the most A/B votes would go into runoffs...
And make sure to put a statement at the beginning of the survey telling people there's a lot of reading involved and they shouldn't start the survey unless they have enough time to finish it in order to be fair to all submissions.
