About nine years ago I was sitting playing some Emerald. Walking around Petalburg woods I found a shiny Silcoon. First shiny ever, caught that shit. Trained it up to a level 50 Beautifly, the guy was one of my favorites. I transferred it to Diamond and left it there. Years pass and I suddenly rememeber it, but I don't know where my Diamond version is. I looked for that baby for about 6 months, but you wanna know where I found it? In the bathroom. In a bowl. Covered in liquid fucking soap. I honestly thought I was fucked, pretty much all of my gen 3 mons were on that cartridge, I thought they were lost forever. But I ended up drying it off and voila, it worked. So many of my mons were on it that I forgot about, but most importantly the Beautifly. Finally transferred that shit back up to X and I'm finally reunited with my original shiny.
now I just need to find my Platinum version which has the other half of my childhood mons
