Either a stand alone pokemon or it evolves into an eerily long oarfish that keeps the lure design element. Water/ghost
Worried little ice/flying puffin that evolves into an ice/flying goofy and clumsy blue footed booby, which then evolves into a regal steel/flying albatross that hides its clumsy feet and is inspired by glider planes. High attack
Snarky bandit themed raccoon evolves into grass/dark black bear, keeps the thief motif but is bumbling and oafish in a cute way. Meant to be an addition to the two stage bears (Ursaring, Beartic, etc). I imagine it being pretty round from all the food it steals. High HP
Weak and feeble fawn evolves into mid-sized caribou with fluffy chest and ice covered antlers, which then evolves into a big noble moose with dripping icicles for antlers that make it appear to have upside-down antlers, physical pure ice type
