She's a higherup at whatever the evil guild is called, probably the same position as Chatot in PMD2. She doles out missions and generally tells people what to do. She has her head really far up her ass and thinks everyone (but her boss) is below her, so if people don't respect her she flips out since she actually has a really fragile ego and doesn't deal with arguments well.
