Finally caught scraggy. I had to use x accuracy on magearna and heart swap the accuracy boost to the caller scraggy to prevent it from missing high jump kick and hurting itself. Now, should I hunt dedenne or trapinch? dedenne is gonna be a bitch because of parabolic charge which can heal it and it can call togedemaru which can discharge to kill it.
