Im breeding two multiscale Dratini each of them have 4IVs in HP, Atk, Def, Sp.Def respectively, one is holding a destiny knot, the otehr an everstone.
Ive gotten through many of their eggs trying to get a baby with a 31 in speed, and have been having no luck. Have I been screwing something up or do am I just unlucky and need to keep breeding for the max speed IV.
