A true blue isekai slop that makes your brain feel fuzzy from all the isekai mold growing on it. I don't remember it getting mentally ill in the story itself, but the MC is a guy who got isekai'd into Dawn's body. It doesn't play a significant role in the story and romance never happens, but still, it's there when it shouldn't have been.
I would have also said Pokemon Trainer Vicky, which isn't a trooninsert, but last I remember there was some lesbian shit going on. Once lesbian shit appears it ends up consuming the story, and coupled with this thread shitting on it for a couple reasons I decided to dip out, so I'm not sure if the lesbian shit ended up becoming prominent.
