How do you guys decide on if you actually love a pokemon or not? I've been trying to filter out all nostalgia and memories and going by design looking at each gen and writing down the ones I really like via a combo of both official art and other art on a note app and narrowing it down but lately I see them in-game locked to one gen and suddenly they're blah again like with Lumineon (boring in-game but art is amazing) or Hippowdon (in-game with all the sand around it was great, 3d version without sand was shit, card art is alright) or sometimes even imagining the thing fighting in my head makes it cooler than another mon with just a good design
Help me decide the best combination of methods and what to consider overall when pickin favorites
